1. What NamLoop does

NamLoop is a free tool that plays publicly available YouTube videos on repeat using YouTube's official embedded player (the YouTube IFrame Player API). NamLoop does not host, store, download, record, modify, or distribute any video or audio content — all content is streamed directly by YouTube.

2. Intended use

NamLoop is intended as a testing and evaluation tool rather than a personal entertainment service. Typical intended uses include developers testing how YouTube videos load, play, and loop within their own viewers, players, or embedded integrations; and marketers and content creators previewing and testing their own promotional or marketing videos on repeat.

Any other use is undertaken at your own discretion and remains subject to these Terms.

3. No affiliation with YouTube

NamLoop is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "YouTube" and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your use of any YouTube content through the Service is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

4. Acceptable use and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the videos you choose to play and for how you use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, all applicable copyright laws, and all other applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the Service to infringe the rights of any content owner or to circumvent any technical or contractual restriction imposed by YouTube or a rights holder.

5. Commercial use

NamLoop grants you no rights whatsoever in the underlying video content, which remains the property of its respective owners. Where you use the Service to test, preview, or evaluate content — including marketers testing their own promotional videos or developers testing their own integrations — you are responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for that content.

We are not responsible or liable for any commercial use of the Service, or of any content accessed, played, or looped through it. Any such commercial use is undertaken entirely at your own risk and is your sole responsibility — including obtaining any licenses, permissions, or clearances required from the relevant content owners, YouTube, or any other party.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any particular video will be available or playable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NamLoop and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Service, or any content accessed through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Privacy

NamLoop does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Your loop settings (video, A-B markers, speed, and queue) are stored only in the page URL and in your browser.

The embedded YouTube player may set cookies and collect data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy, over which NamLoop has no control.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
